Update Feb 20, 2015, 1:27pm: Open Enrollment will re-start from March 15-April 30, 2015 in an effort to help consumers enroll during tax season, according to today’s WhiteHouse announcement. Note: a small number of states have a slightly different range of dates, but they will all re-open to allow Americans to enroll.

Due to extreme weather in the northeast and some IRS technical challenges over the weekend, nearly every state is providing an enrollment extension of some sort.
Here’s the full breakdown of extensions (courtesy of ACASignups.net). “In Line by Midnight” means you must have started the process of enrolling before the February 15 deadline. “Starting the process” is defined differently in each state so visit the link for full details.
